Overall Aim: Changed2Lead Coaching is a leadership development and personal transformation methodology designed to help leaders go through a chrysalis experience enabling them to soar personally and thrive professionally.
Content Playbook: Changed2Lead Coaching is offered primarily as a Group Mastermind and/or Individual coaching resource continuing the learning process from TeamLife, which is the foundational training of SDI 2.0. Changed2Lead Coaching provides intentionality and accountability to the praxis and application of SDI principles and concepts.
Changed2Lead provides leaders with honest feedback and support that inspires, challenges, facilitates growth and change, and partners with that leader to achieve stated goals. Sessions are intended to help bring life transformation in all areas pursued.
How it’s Different from Other Coaching Models: It starts with a world-class assessment (SDI 2.0) that takes leaders on a journey of Identity discovery and equips them with proven strategies to increase their relationship IQ and effectiveness as a leader and team member.

Create a Plan to accomplish your life mission (answers the questions - how will accomplish my life mission based on my vocational assignments?)
Deploying strengths and underutilized strengths, communication skills, and applying relational intelligence to your leadership and relationships
Managing conflict and change effectively
Giving and receiving feedback as a leader
Leading difficult people
Prerequisites:
Pre-Growth Evaluation (Post- to be completed 6–8 months after training/coaching)
TeamLife Training (In-Person or Virtual Training) or SDI 2.0 Debrief with a Certified Facilitator.

Whether they are a seasoned leader, C-suite or executive leader, director or manager, staff member or new to leadership, Changed2Lead is a catalytic resource designed to help foster deeper self-awareness, and personal and professional transformation.
How it Works: By utilizing a proven assessment tool called the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0), coachees will gain deeper and more personal insights into their motivations, conflict patterns, strengths, and communication styles. This knowledge will reveal their relationship’s unique blueprint and, when combined with practical tools to enhance their relational IQ, it will help transform their leadership and most meaningful relationships at work and home.
