Founded in 2019, Chrysalis Pathway Solutions was born from a desire to address the root causes of team dysfunction — poor communication, disengagement, and a lack of belonging.
Sparked by Yeathus's work with diverse groups in NYC and his personal experience navigating cross-cultural challenges, Chrysalis empowers organizations through coaching, training, and consulting that transform both individuals and teams.
Our mission is to catalyze personal growth and build champion teams through a values-driven, faith-rooted approach and our unique Discover–Catalyze–Transform pathway.
